Q. How do I place an order?

• "Any day between the hours of 9am to 9pm text "MUNCHIES" to (929) 324-7275 to place an order. If you choose to call, your order will be placed immediately. If you choose to text, your order will be placed within 2 hours. 

Q. I want to customize my order. What can I do?

• You can still text "MUNCHIES" to (929) 324-7275 and ask to make a customization. There will be an additional charge for the customization. 

Q. I want to get a quote on event cakes/treats, how does that work?

• Quotes for cakes, cake pops, cupcakes, chocolate dipped pretzels etc can vary based on theme and event size. You can call or text (929) 324-7275 to inquire. Please be ready with your event date and size. 

Q. Do you still deliver? Do you ship? Can I pick up my order? 

• Yes, yes, and yes! Deliveries will be made on Sundays from 12pm noon, to 8pm. Orders are shipped every Monday. Pickup is available on Sunday and Monday. If you have an event order we can coordinate the pickup and delivery accordingly. Click here to view the menu and shipping prices. 

Q. What’s the difference between delivery and shipping?

• Delivery is only available for NYC patrons who are in the five boroughs plus Nassau county residents. Shipping is for patrons who live outside of this zone. For example, we've shipped munchies to California, Chicago, and other parts of the Midwest. 

Q. Is there a cutoff day and time?

• Orders go out every Sunday and Monday depending on what method you chose. Ordering and payment must be finalized and rendered by 9pm every Thursday. If payment isn't rendered by that time your order will be bumped to the next week. 

Q. Do you infuse your treats?

• Absolutely not. Myla’s Munchies are rated E for everyone hence the slogan “For when you have the munchies.”
